What time do the doors open?

Doors will open at least 60 minutes prior to the start of the event.

What is the minimum age of a child needing to buy a ticket?

This varies from event to event. For most events the rule is that children who have celebrated their second birthday must purchase a ticket to enter the facility. What if my tickets are lost or stolen?

Keep your tickets in a safe place until the event, but if they are lost or stolen, please let us know as soon as possible. Proof of purchase will be required to receive a lost ticket voucher. On a side note, the sun and heat will severely damage ticket barcodes and printing. Please store in a cool place.
